![]() ![]() So i tried 'select all' to copy it and then paste it to another cell (column/row) and it wont do it! i tried to copy to word and that's all messed up, pdf works fine. ![]() picture and the Smart Shape are grouped as one entity, they can be moved together. So now if i select i have a selection box on the graphic and a separate one for the text. Now that these two objects are correctly positioned. To select multiple shapes, select the first shape, then press and hold. The selected objects will now be grouped. Move shapes and connectors Make sure you are in edit mode. Go to Shape Format or Drawing Tools Format > Group > Group. Once youve selected the objects you want to group, right-click and select Group. Do one of the following: Go to Picture Format or Picture Tools Format > Group > Group. Its even more handy to know you can nest these Fill and Stroke effects (vector ones too) inside the group and they only effect that group. The Wrap Text option for each object must be other than In line with Text. i then deleted all their text and started on the first row top page (i say this only cuz it doesnt seem to want to tab or relay to the other columns or rows) i did a graphic on 'art text' (which is brill by the way for anyone interested in fonts/graphics) and then inserted it into the business card template. Press and hold CTRL and select shapes, pictures, or other objects to group. Anyway, i chose a template from the template chooser, of 'business cards'. trick -which was helpful but ultimately not helpful! so please find me another solution!
